About damn time for Bush to put conniving, agenda-driven “reporting” in its place. While I disagree with him on a wide range of issues, he “gets” that we are in a generational war of civilizations against radical Islam in an age when it is unpopular to express, let alone act on, that belief. An honest expression of outrage with the kind of foolish sound-byte reporting that has dominated the coverage of the broader war was long overdue.
